Blake's Health and Fitness started in February 2020 by Danny Blake. ​

Creating a business as a personal trainer was Danny's dream and in 2020, Blake's Health and Fitness was born. After leaving the fitness industry for a few years, in 2025 BHF is back and better than ever.


This time, Danny has elite trainers, dietitians, health coaches and more who are all working together to give each client their best results.
